- US orders are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex and may take between 2 to 10 days for delivery. When you purchase a product and it is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Shy vs Bold LLC does not take responsibility for packages that show as being delivered and are missing. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipper and make a claim if a delivered package is missing.

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer reasonable prices and high quality products with good designs. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the estimated arrival times may vary.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders could take from 1 day to 7 days to be shipped if the products are in stock.
- Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to contact us directly if you have not received your package within 30 days. The customer will receive a Tracking number and it is their responsibility to track their package. Do not contact your credit card company first!
- If Tracking shows that your package has been delivered to your address, it is not Shy vs Bold's responsibility if you have not received your package. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Shipper to inquire exactly where their package was delivered and file a claim.
- Free shipping on orders over $95
- Please Note: Shop Pay Installments are not applicable to Lemon Burn purchases. Shop Pay is only applicable to clothing, jewelry and accessories.
